Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order please email us within 12 hours of placing your order at hello@trynood.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
If, for whatever reason, you need to exchange your device, please visit returns.trynood.com. All purchases made within 90 days are automatically eligible for free exchanges. If you are outside of the 90-day purchase window and your device is defective please email us at hello@trynood.com and we'll make things right :-)

Exceptions
Orders that are made in exchange for in-game currency or other affiliate promotions are not eligible for returns, only exchanges. These sales will be attributed at the sole discretion of Nood.
